Requirement, Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Application Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Proven experience minimum 5 years in selling CNC machines, CNC lathes, machining centers, or other machine tools.
- Strong B2B sales experience, preferably serving manufacturing industries such as automotive, mold & die, metalworking, and precision engineering.
- Good technical understanding of machining processes, including turning, milling, drilling, and grinding.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable machine tool solutions.
- Experienced in customer visits, technical presentations, quotation preparation, negotiation, and sales closing.
- Established relationships with manufacturing customers and key decision-makers are an advantage.
- Experience in cutting tools or tooling sales is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in machining trials is preferred.
- Good command of English or Japanese (JLPT N3 or above preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips.
