Requirement, Qualification & Experience

  • Male, max 35 years old

  • Education min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Law

  • Min. 3 years experience as Legal & HR in manufacturing company

  • Good understanding of Training, Recruitment, Industrial Relation

  • Good understanding of corporate law, civil law, licensing, and labour law

  • Ability to review and draft contracts & business agreements

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, able to maintain confidentiality of company  information

  • Proficient in Ms.Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Intermediate in English

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
