1. Supervise & coordinate daily export- import operations

2. Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of import/export documentation (PIB, PEB, customs declarations)

3. Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies

4. Coordinate with freigh forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers and related government agencies

5. Liaise with Production Control for shipment scheduling and inventory management

6. Manage and mentor EXIM team member, including task assigment and performance monitoring (Future Target)

Requirements :

1. Male, Education bachelor's degree (S1) in Any Major

2. Age, 30=45 years old

3. Working  Experience Min 7 years in Metal/ Steel processing manufacturing company

4. Skills

 - Posses Certificate related EXIM.

-  Have knowledge of Indonesian Customs Regulations (PIB, PEB)

-  Proficiency in Export - Import documentation

-  Proficiency in MS Office

-  Good in English (Active) is a must, Japanese language (Optional)

-  Has experience with online import-export systems, SIINAS, OSS, INSW customs system.

-  Have a good Leadership, teamwork & coordination

-  Effective communication, problem solving, meticulous & detail oriented
