Quality Control/Quality Assurance/QC/QA

Lead and Manage the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards
Develop and implement QC procedures to maintain product Quality from raw material through final inspection
Monitor production processes and perform routine inspections to ensure product specifications are met
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurance.
Coordinate with production, engineering and management teams to ensure seamless communication and problem - solving.
Conduct employee training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Prepare and present quality standards , procedures, and best practices.
Ensure coompiance with regulatory requirements and maintain records for audits
participate in continues improvement initiatices aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency

Male/Female, 35-40 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Quality control, preferably within a manufacturing Automotive
Familiar with injection plastic process manufacturing
Strong understanding of Quality Control Standards (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
Excellent leadership , communication and problem solving skills
Proficient using QC software and tools
Handling ISO Audit
Good understanding in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, Auditor ISO/IATF certified, Customer support and communication
Good communication in English/Japanese
